SIMPLY THE BEST!!
It's not really a surprise if you've had lunch at the Gibson Center. New Hampshire Magazine named the Gibson Center as having the Best Senior Center Food in the state for 2006! This is a HUGE and well deserved tribute to our Kitchen Magicians, Chef Rick, Dave, Kathy, Jim and Karen. And to Fran Lampidis and the Nutrition Department of Memorial Hospital who oversee our menu.
You can see what they wrote about us and check the whole list of 2006 Awards by clicking HERE. Just follow the link to Best of NH!

The Year of Our
ONE MILLIONTH
Meals and Nutrition
Providing excellent and well-balanced meals has been the core and cornerstone of The Gibson Center since our founding in 1979. Our entire kitchen staff has extensive restaurant and food service experience. Our meals are great. Period. Here’s how we serve them….
Congregate Dining
Every Monday through Friday, we serve lunch in the Sprague Dining Room at our building on Main Street in North Conway Village. Meals are served from 11:30 to 12:15. We ask those 60 or better to donate $3 toward the cost. For those under 60, there is a charge for our meals. All are welcome.
We also have lunch every Tuesday at Silver Lake Landing on Route 113 in Madison.
Home Delivered Meals
If for any reason you are unable to get out or prepare a meal yourself, our Meals On Wheels volunteers will be happy to bring meals right to you for as long as you require them. We will also provide caregivers with a meal if they wish.
Meals are delivered in a special container. You may eat it when it arrives or refrigerate or freeze it for later.
We deliver meals to the towns of Albany, Bartlett, Chatham, the Conways, Eaton, Hart’s Location, Jackson and Madison.
As long as funding permits, we send breakfast items and frozen dinners on Fridays. Before winter, thanks to the Boy Scouts and local food pantries, we send out our famous Blizzard Boxes with canned and dry goods.
For information on receiving Meals On Wheels, please call us at 603-356-3231 and ask to speak with the Nutrition Office.
Special Dietary Needs
If you have ANY special needs regarding your meals, please let the Nutrition Office know and we will accommodate you.

"I don’t know what I would have done without Meals on Wheels. I don’t see anyone from 5:00 AM ‘til late afternoon except the driver who brings my lunch in, brings me a newspaper, takes any mail I have ready, checks on me and always asks if I need anything."
"Congregate meals feed the body and soul.
It’s good to share mealtimes with old friends and new."
