Silver Lake Landing
The Gibson Center's Mission Statement clearly states
that we have an evolving array of services for seniors.
One of the most crucial needs in this area of New
England is reasonably priced housing for seniors. The
marketplace is ignoring working people and those on
fixed incomes.

Silver Lake
Landing is a 19-unit apartment building owned and
operated by an independent 501(c)3 non-profit
corporation (Silver Lake Senior Housing Corporation) on
scenic Silver Lake in Madison, NH. We provide affordable
independent housing for seniors with preference given
first to Madison residents, then Carroll County
residents, then New Hampshire residents. To maintain
its tax-exempt status, a portion of the units at Silver
Lake Landing must be rented to low or very low-income
seniors. Silver Lake Landing does not provide any
services to tenants and is for seniors who can live
independently on their own .
The
Landing has both two and three room apartments. There is
520 feet of shoreline on pristine Silver Lake. The
Silver Lake Post Office is across the street.
Currently, there is a waiting list for apartments at
Silver Lake. If you would like to be on the list, please
email or call George Cleveland at the Gibson Center.
